Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of eligible products sold through our store.

Warranty Coverage

Where a product is sold with warranty coverage, the warranty applies to qualifying defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal use and in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product.

The applicable warranty period, if any, will be determined by the warranty information provided with the product or displayed on the applicable product page at the time of purchase.

What Is Not Covered

Warranty coverage generally does not apply to issues caused by:

  • Accidents or impact damage.
  • Improper use or storage.
  • Normal cosmetic wear.
  • Unauthorized repair or modification.
  • Use inconsistent with product instructions.
  • Damage caused by incompatible accessories or power sources.
  • Loss or theft.
  • Consumable components subject to ordinary wear unless otherwise stated.

Warranty Evaluation

Proof of purchase and information describing the issue may be required before a warranty claim can be evaluated.

Customers may also be asked to provide photographs, videos, serial information or troubleshooting results where applicable.

Warranty Remedies

If an eligible defect is confirmed, the available remedy may include repair, replacement or another appropriate resolution depending on the product, availability and applicable law.

A replacement product may differ cosmetically from the original where the same version is no longer available, provided the replacement offers reasonably comparable functionality.

Shipping and Returns

Products should not be returned for warranty service until return instructions have been provided. Unauthorized shipments may not be accepted or processed.

Consumer Rights

This warranty provides contractual protection in addition to any rights customers may have under applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot legally be limited.
